Background Check Quotes is operated by Ellul Solutions Ltd. This page explains what happens to information submitted on this site.

What we collect and why

When you ask for quotes we collect what you type into the form and the technical details every web request carries. We do not ask for, and do not want, anything about the person you intend to screen: no name, no date of birth, no Social Security number.

Legal basis and sharing

We pass what you submit to background screening providers so they can quote you. We tell you in the form that we do this, and we keep the record for 24 months so we can tell you exactly who received it.

Retention

Enquiry records are kept for 24 months, then deleted. Aggregate statistics that identify nobody are kept indefinitely.

This site uses cookieless, aggregate analytics. No advertising cookies, no cross-site tracking, no consent banner needed.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, ask for a copy, or ask for deletion at any time: enquiries@backgroundcheckquotes.com. We respond within one month.
